Miller Lite™ Yellow: How to Tell When You’re Dehydrated
How do we know when we’re well hydrated? Common ways to become dehydrated include sweating, vomiting, diarrhea and blood loss. When we’re losing fluids or caring for someone who is, it’s crucial that we stop the loss and replace the fluids. But how do we know if we’re staying ahead of the game?
The down and dirty way to tell is the color of the urine. A happy, healthy person puts out plenty of urine that’s the color of a Miller Lite™ beer. Someone who isn’t peeing very often or whose urine is darker than Miller Lite™ yellow is starting to lose the battle and needs to step up their hydration game. Dehydration can be life threatening.
